comic book story

The comic is about my McDonalds experience. the story includes me making my way from the interview all the way to when it closes in January for 5 weeks. In the story I walk through most of what I done including cooking burgers, muffins, sausages and eggs whilst completing other tasks. I may try to add a comedic aspect to it just because nobody really wants to see me flipping a burger onto a bun. I will create a comic based on only what I have told other people just because I just repeat myself by cooking burgers and helping with the production.

Caller: I don't care Steve, Just get me the money or changes will be made

Caller: Don't judge me

*Game changes from Origins (BO2) to Revelations (Bo3)*

Steve: What?!

Will: What happened? Steve?????!

Steve: (picks up phone) What happened???

Caller: I told you not to judge

Steve: Dammit. I suppose it could be worse

Caller: You have 3 hours to get that money or game over

*Hangs up*

Steve: 3 HOURS!!!!!!!

Will: What the balls is happening??

Steve: We need to find £500K in 3 hours or CoD will become more futuristic than it is now

Will: U WOT MATE

Steve: I know right

Will: I cant be asked to find that money yet. Do you wanna finish this game first?

Steve: Sure. WE will probably be 30 mins maximum

Caller: If it wasn't then why were you streaming on twitch for the last 4 hours straight?

Steve: No I... Dammit workman

Caller: Not so smart now are you? Heres a present

*game changes from Revelations to Zombies in spaceland*

Will: What is this??

Steve: Ok.. what do u want?

Caller: You decided to suffer the consequences than to help those CoD fans

Steve: How are we gong to settle this then?

Caller: Meet me downstairs in 20 mins.. dont be late

*Hangs up*

Will: What now? The stream is goin crazy

Steve: I have to meet him downstairs in 20 mins

Will: Alright then. Just one game of this tho.

Steve. Why??

Will: Because theres a robot and an arcade

Steve: ok. Only for 10 Mins tho

Will: Fine

*2 hours later*

Will: And round 81... new world record

Steve: Well that was interesting

Will: What did you have to do again?

Steve: i had to meet him downstairs in tw......

Steve: I just stood up. Calm ur boobs

Proposal For Christmas Cards

Make sure you give reasons for your answers. Say the what, then give the why.

What style and layout are you going for with your design?

I decided to go for a picture of Santa and a snowman high fiving whilst having a drink of what I was trying to make look like coke but… well didn’t look like it. I chose this design because I thought that it would suit both the Christmas theme and people may like it.

What type of font will you use on your design? (Sans, san-serif etc) Include the name of the font and why you like it.

I am using Amarillo because it gives the festive look to the “MERRY CHRISTMAS” text

Who is your target audience?

I do not have a specific target audience for this but if I was going to aim it to a specific audience i would probably aim it towards children

What colours will your design contain?

White, red, black, creme and purple. I chose this because it is the the traditional christmas colours. Even though I haven't chosen green the rest of the colours are used for snow, clothes, background and skin colour

What message will you put into your card?

I chose “HAVE A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS” just because it is traditional. I have left a bit of room for people to create their own message after.

How much will you sell your card for?

AROUND £1 Just because this card isn’t going to be worth as much as a M&S card which is £5 but i hope its worth enough o be at least £1.

How will it be distributed? Where will you sell/market it?

This is my one and only paper design which I think is a great design. I only think this because it includes Santa, a snowman, snow and "Merry Christmas." each of these aspects are unique to portraying the festive image. All children love the dream that Santa is giving presents to them on Christmas, everyone loves building snowmen when it snows (rarely if you live in England), and finally who doesn't appreciate the traditional "Merry Christmas" text. I know this would look great on an actual Christmas card.

This was a draft of a design showing Santa and his reindeers flying over a city with the moon in the background. If this made the final design, I would add windows in each of the houses and make the reindeer more life-like



















In this last design I have included Santa with baby Jesus in his arms. I chose this design because it is modern (Santa) and religion (Jesus). I think this should be aimed towards children because it is suitable and includes religious meaning.

The glass
The short film was quite unusual but creative just through the fact the glass people were getting filled up with some type of juice which i thought was very clever but i lost track when the filled glass people were singing. This was creative through how strange they made the characters look and sound.




Christmas comes but once a year

This short film shows an orphanage full of children who's presents falls apart and brakes. Then comes an inventor that makes toys and stuff for all the kids whilst basically using up everything he could find. This was a very creative both through visual and thoughtfully. Visually through the 3D effects and colours. then thoughtfully though emotion and how the children react.

These were 3 different colour schemes which I have chosen that links in with a christmas theme. We then came up with a survey where we voted on our favourite colour scheme. As shown above, The light blue colours in scheme 3 (which I called Ice Blue) was the most liked.

The person that had an impact on my would be my friend Brandon

2. Did you ever get in trouble? In school? With your parents? With the police? What happened?

Yes. in year 8 history, I messaged a friend ******* and the teacher saw it. got kept back for half hour and ipads were not allowed out unless advised to. luckily he forgot two years later when i had him for GCSE 
history for an extra 2 years.
After that, I was really annoying towards others, especially teachers who didn't like me. Even before I was annoying. I'm still annoying now. Like at this very moment I am most likely annoying the hell out of someone.

3. Can you remember any stories from your childhood that involved animals? How about spiders, any good spider stories?
I cant think of any animal stories, even spiders. I actually like spiders

4. If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be? When did it all start? How does it a effect your life today?

If I could change one thing about me, I would be more confident. Then I wouldn't be single :) Doubt it. I would probably try and get a better job

5. What were you scared of as a child? (Nightmares? A relative? Spiders? Something else?) What happened that made you so afraid?
I was afraid of death. only up until I was 10

The only time I remember actually hurting someone would be knocking my friend off his stool in science in yr 9

This for me would either be on the edge of a cliff at Brixham beach or hanging off Berry Head (a bigger cliff)

No because I'm bad at making practical jokes work

I dont actually remember. Even if I did have one, I probably don't have it anymore.

The animation was interesting and creative in the way they shown the idea of being introduced or trapped in a pyramid scheme. Many companies including Amway and Nu Skin enterprises, both of which are health and beauty companies, have been accused of being pyramid schemes. I do not know if it has been proven yet but these are multi-billion dollar companies which was made from net revenue.

Title: A caller unknown:

Old Synopsis: Gamer plays CoD with a friend when a phone rings. The unknown caller States he wants £1m or the CoD franchise dies and you will be forced to play in space

New synopsis: Steve is playing zombies with Will when an unknown caller rings. The caller wants £10,000 or else he will take away the power. This makes Steve go and investigate whats happening and meets the caller to figure something out.

Target audience: teens

Genre: if I was going to pick a genre it would most likely be comedy

1. The first shot is the close up of the hands. This is  showing what the hands are doing and is great for the opening scene of a short film. 

2. This is a close up of the face. This is used to show what the person looks like and to show his facial expressions.
